Exchanges
- You may request an exchange for a different size or a store credit within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for items that are incorrect, defective, or faulty.
- You must notify us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos of the defect or fault
- After review, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
