Invited customers can earn back part—or all—of an eligible order by posting an original Instagram Reel.

Views must be reached within 30 days. Total refunds are capped at US$100 per eligible order and remain subject to program availability.
HOW IT WORKS
- Use the private invitation issued for your eligible Parallel order.
- Post an original Instagram Reel that clearly features your product.
- Tag the Parallel Instagram account stated in your invitation and use Instagram’s Paid partnership label. You do not need #ad.
- Submit your Reel, original video and requested insights through your private claim link.
- Eligible refunds return to the original order. Higher tiers are paid incrementally.

Program: Parallel — United States invite cohort
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, reside in the United States, use the single-use invitation issued for your own eligible US order paid in USD, own or control the Instagram account and submitted content, and comply with applicable law and Instagram’s terms. Orders must be at least US$50, discounted no more than 30%, and not cancelled, disputed, high-risk or fully refunded. There is one claim per order and two claims per customer in any rolling 90 days.
2. Required Reel and disclosure
Your original Instagram Reel must clearly feature the relevant Parallel product, tag the Parallel account stated in your invitation, be published from the handle in your claim, use Instagram’s Paid partnership label with Parallel, remain public for at least 30 days, and contain no misleading, unlawful or infringing material. A positive review is not required.
3. Evidence and refunds
You must provide the Reel URL, Instagram handle, original video and requested verification. Higher tiers require authentic Instagram creator-insights evidence. Refunds are incremental and processed against the original order. The cumulative refund cannot exceed the earned tier, US$100, or remaining program availability.
4. Content licence
You retain ownership. You grant Parallel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free 24-month licence to store, reproduce, evaluate, edit, crop, resize, caption, combine with brand elements and publish the content on owned channels. Paid social or partnership-ad use requires a separate rights and audio-safety review.
5. Removed posts and failed checks
If a refunded post is removed, made private or materially changed during the required live period, later tiers stop and future participation may be blocked. Fraudulent, duplicate, manipulated or unverifiable claims may be rejected.
6. Privacy and consumer rights
Parallel collects the order reference, customer identifier, Instagram details, uploads, insights, acceptance record, security hashes and verification results to operate the program, prevent fraud, process refunds and manage content rights. Necessary data may be processed by our service providers. Participation is optional and does not affect ordinary consumer rights.
